70歲阿伯賺進3房、月領7萬 存股SOP曝

72歲本業是冷凍空調技師的股素人（何宗岳），過去曾聽信別人報明牌虧損200萬元，在退出股海多年後，因女兒對投資燃起興趣，他在近60歲時捲土重來，創了一套存股SOP帶著女兒操作。股素人靠著獨門投資術買了3間房子，更教戰3步驟打造退休後月領7萬的被動收入；至於散戶最愛定期定額買進的ETF元大台灣50（0050），他則不推薦，因為算起來殖利率不到3%。

股素人在《雲端最有錢》、《單身行不行》節目中指出，如果從25歲開始，每個月存1萬元買進殖利率超過5%的股票，40年後得到的複利驚人，等同月領7萬退休金。他建議穩健理財要買官方的金融股，台灣人最喜歡存的ETF 0050他則不推薦，因為股價已漲高，現在進場已經太慢，殖利率不到3%連通膨率都比不上。

股素人進一步表示，買股有3大步驟，首先是月薪自動轉帳至證券帳戶且只進不出，再來是1年只買股2次，「1月和7月是作帳、公告配股配息的時候，股價比較有變化。」第三點買價部分，則是找出近5年最低均價(容許10%的價差)買進。

股素人說，自己不太會用電腦，所以每季都會買《股市總覽》來看，他在挑股時最重視以下指標，包括ROE股東權益報酬率大於15％、現金配息率大於70％、本益比小於15倍等；至於賣股時機，他則表示，只有碰到二種狀況，一是急需用錢、二是不倍漲不賣，他強調，如果頻繁看盤就會抱不住股票，賺不到波段行情。
