財商從鉛筆盒開始培養 3招帶孩子簡單學理財

第一招：【檢查爆漿鉛筆盒，學會分辨想要與需要】
現在孩子資源很多，鉛筆盒都是滿滿滿，趁開學時帶孩子檢視、分類一下，不帶可以學財商觀念，還可以減輕書包重量喔！
先簡單教孩子認識，
「需要」：一定要有的，不然會影響生命、健康、或是無法完成事務。
「想要」：有會比較好，但沒有也不影響基本生存與活動。
孩子較小的，可以用吃的食品舉例，例如：吃飯、吃麵是「需要」，吃飽了想是再吃蛋糕，則是「想要」。
有了基本觀念後，再請孩子自己檢視鉛筆盒：
- 先分類，「需要」放一堆、「想要」放一堆。
- 每個類別，都拿起 1、2 樣與孩子討論，為什麼你覺得這是「需要」？為什麼你覺得這是「想要」？聽聽孩子的意見與想法。
- 在鉛筆盒適當的容量下放入「需要」、並給於孩子自主選擇幾樣「想要」，增添學習小確幸！
第二招：【善用零用錢，學會自我負責】
有個趣味統計，孩子最常不見的文具是「橡皮擦」，有各式各樣的失蹤理由，爸媽們也有各式各樣的撇步預防，這裡分享一妙招，不但可以降低「文具失蹤率」，還可以讓孩子更能「對自己負責」。
每學期開始與孩子約定好，「需要」的爸媽會提供給你，其餘要「自負」+「自付」。「自負」+「自付」=自己負責 + 自己付錢。
爸媽們，有給孩子零用錢的，記得一定要一開始就練習「分離帳戶」觀念，初階分成「儲蓄」、「消費」、「公益」帳戶。每學期開始準備文具，只幫孩子買「必要」量，其餘孩子自己用零用錢的「消費」帳戶購買。
例如：每次開學，我都會先買好這學期「必要」用量，橡皮擦二個、鉛筆二支……等。若孩子的鉛筆、橡皮擦……等文具，發生學期中途離家出走狀況，就讓孩子自己花零用錢購買，自己負責囉~
第三招：【發新書囉，學會資源再利用！】
學期開始，會發下許多新課本，新書大都會包上書套。而書套，是塑膠品，我們要盡量降低使用量，只要是上學期使用後，狀況不是太糟的，都可以再利用，拿來包這學期的課本，不但減塑，也可以省錢。
另外，書籍變多了，會發現書櫃空間不足，除了淘汰上學期教科書外，課外書也要適時篩選，孩子已經看過、逾齡的、較沒興趣的，可以讓孩子選擇資源活化：
