員林為中部傳統產業重鎮，近期都市計畫(184重劃區、員林鐵路高架)帶動舊城改頭換面，再加上東彰快速道路開工帶動未來交通優勢，吸引許多大建商爭相插旗，在地建商「滬億建設」在此時選擇從最熟悉的員林起步，從土地取得到售後一條龍服務，打造「新型態彰化建案指標」嶄新服務模式。

大樓產品在員林稀有度高，基地面積高達500多坪的「滬億瑞禾」，主打超低18%公設比及2到3房規劃，共有22.7到33.5坪等36戶，加上採飯店級規劃動靜兼宜的藝術社區，相當吸引注重居住質感的年輕首購族，近來雖然利率攀升，但自住客詢問仍非常熱烈。「滬億瑞禾」主打獨立型社區、飯店式管理，且停車場設置在一樓，加強出入便利性。

「滬億瑞禾」明年農曆年後動工，11月初才開賣，至今已銷售3成，除了坪數大單價又便宜，總價僅575到926萬，設備包含三菱電梯、TOTO衛浴、櫻花廚具，豪宅級的奇萊科技門禁監控系統，ETAG感應車道，還有迎賓接待大廳，預計將在2025年完工。
