完美退休規畫不完美？這兩點最常被忽略
國人最新平均壽命為80.9歲，不僅創歷年新高，也高於全球平均。雖然法定強制退休年齡為65歲，不過有愈來愈多人選擇提前退休，因此，退休生活至少超過20年以上。專家提醒，國人在規劃退休理財計畫時往往會忽略物價與長壽這兩項因子，以致於造成退休準備不足，建議可多利用各理財基金平台提供的試算工具，算出達到理財目標所需報酬，並定期檢視與強化投資組合，才能讓退休理財目標如期達陣。
台灣除了1980年代物價年增率出現失控外，大部分都維持平穩水準，尤其是進入2000年後，平均物價年增率更降低至0.9％。今年因疫情、停工造成供不應求，導致物價指數快速飆升，大家在消費時應可感受到物價變貴的壓力。假設物價年增率升高至2％，40年後物價將成長至2.2倍，40年後的6.6萬元，購買力只等於今天的3萬元。因此，退休理財規劃絕對不能忽視物價波動帶來的影響。
「鉅亨買基金」總經理張榮仁指出，除了物價上漲會侵蝕貨幣購買力外，長壽是另一個退休準備容易不夠的原因。內政部公布的國人平均壽命為80.9歲，男性77.7歲、女性84.2歲。隨公衛條件提升、國民所得增長與醫療技術進步，台灣平均壽命年年都在增長，因此，建議國人要以大於這個平均值來估算預期壽命，在做退休準備預估時，至少將自己的預期壽命設定在90歲以上。
專家建議民眾多利用目前許多銀行、投信公司與基金平台網站所提供的試算工具，輸入自己對投資組合的預期報酬，同時將通膨和長壽這兩項最重要的變因納入考量，才能精準掌握自己退休理財規畫的進度，進而達成理財的目標。
