存錢節稅一步到位 退休理財就靠「這招」

勞退自提享有最低保證收益保障，且提繳金額可享有稅賦優惠。且勞退是由雇主在每月發薪前，連同雇主提繳的部分直接撥至勞工個人退休金專戶，對於民眾有強迫儲蓄的功用，且近年來勞退基金操作績效表現不俗，也讓國人自提意願提高。

一名女網友在臉書理財社團《》發文分享，自己雖然薪水不高，但設定每月自提2,000元，11年以來，她的個人勞退帳戶已累積了72萬元。估算自己的職涯還有將近30年，「屆時退休應該是很大一筆」。

女網友指出，自己在上班第一天就申請自提勞退金，且每月少2,000元也並不影響生活，自己更幾乎忘了這筆錢，有感表示「存錢要趁早.即使只是小錢每個月提撥也是很可觀的」。

女網友的分享引來社團網友熱議，許多人透露，自己因為不熟悉進行個人理財規劃，選擇勞退自提多存一點退休金。留言指出，「深謀遠慮，日積月累，長期必有豐厚收益。」，也有網友直言，自提的用處在於「累積」，因勞退60歲才能提領，等於這段時間鎖住資金錢滾錢，「不會因為慾望、投資市場或貪念或人情……等因素，一不注意錢就不見了。」

也有人認為，自提的好處並非只有存錢，「自提個人是認為節稅用處大，但不對新制的投資績效報期待」、「我發現高薪自提可節稅，低薪通常不自提欸，不過不會買基金，自提也不錯」，但也有人透露自己是低薪，仍希望透過自提多存一點退休金。

勞保局指出，勞工朋友參加自願提繳退休金，除可累積更多個人退休金專戶的本金，自提的金額每年也可參與分配投資運用收益，請領退休金時還享有不低於依2年定期存款利率所計算的保證收益保障，讓老年退休生活更安心。此外，自願提繳金額可不計入提繳年度薪資所得課稅，享有稅賦優惠。

勞保局表示，雇主除依規定為勞工按月提繳不低於每月工資6％的退休金，儲存於勞保局設立的勞工退休金個人專戶，另請雇主主動徵詢勞工自提退休金意願，有意願的勞工朋友可依個人經濟狀況，於每月工資6％範圍內彈性提繳，並透過雇主向勞保局申報及繳納自提金額，亦可隨時申報停止自願提繳退休金。
