保單責準利率是什麼？利率變化有何影響？
金管會19日宣布，此決定2022年各幣別保單責任準備金利率，「維持2021年各幣別責任準備利率」，即利率維持與今年一樣，最低就是躉繳六年期新台幣保單的零利率。究竟什麼是「責任準備金利率（責準利率）」？責準利率的調整又有何影響呢？
根據保險局資料顯示，「責準利率」是指壽險業就簽發保單提存未來年度責任準備金所適用之利率，金管會為確保壽險公司提存足夠之責任準備金，每年均定期依市場利率情況，檢討訂定壽險公司簽發保單適用之利率，以供壽險公司辦理提存責任準備金，維護保戶權益。
當責任準備金利率越低，未來給付保險金責任金利率折現後應提存之金額越多，代表保險公司要提列的準備金會提高、增加保險公司的壓力，在提列成本拉高後，保險公司會轉嫁到保費上，可能透過調漲保費或是降低保單預定利率來因應。反之責任準備金利率越高，則提存之金額會變少。
而金管會19日公告「維持2021年各幣別責任準備利率」，即2022各幣別保單責準率不調整，代表外幣保單和利變保單保費不會再調高，對於保險公司、保戶來說都是鬆一口氣。
雖然明（2022）年的責準金利率目前決議是按兵不動，壽險保費不會再有上漲壓力，但投保年齡影響保費計算，有保險規劃需求的民眾，也可趁早規劃，保費也會因投保時的年紀較小而更便宜。
